1. PURCHASE BY ONLINE
1.1 Normal priced items are exchangeable within 7 days from shipment received date.
1.2 Exchange on sizing only may applied. We will not attend any exchange such as; colour and design mater or any wrong purchase.
1.3 Exchange items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the item.
1.4 Exchange (Does not fit) is strictly subject to stock availability.
1.5 We will not accept item that has been worn, used, altered, damaged, or defective other than manufacturing defect. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonable believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted.
1.6 STRICTLY NO exchange for items sold under / such as SALE, Mark Down, and Stock Clearance items.
1.7 Exchange Replica is granted for 1 time only for each item.
2. PURCHASE AT OUR BOUTIQUES
2.1 You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to any of our boutiques.
2.2 You will be entitled to an exchange of size only (subject to stock availability) in the boutique immediately after evaluation by our retail associates that it is valid.
